what i….wednesday.

1/3 cup oats, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 box raisins, 1/2 tbsp chia seeds, 3 tbsp egg whites stirred in & topped with 1 tbsp pb, cinnamon, and vanilla extract

morning snack: unpictured clif builder bar

lunch: “pizza” made with tortilla, 1 cup spinach, 4 oz chicken breast, peppers, mushrooms, pesto sauce, and mozz cheese

afternoon snack: shredded wheat with…PB & nectarine
dinner: protein yogurt mess made with 1 cup greek nonfat plain yogurt, 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1/2 cup kashi cinna raisin crunch, and 1 nectarine

and here’s last nights dinner….
sweet potato topped with greek yogurt, cinnamon, and maple syrup

with chicken breast and green beans.

off to study because i procrastinated far too much already.

    I am glad to know someone else who makes their food with lots of different ingredients! No one else would probably eat my concoctions! However, I have never tried nectarine and chocolate together….yet!
